The Cable Tray Punching Machine
The cable tray punching machine is a device developed and produced by Zhike Qida for small cable tray manufacturers to punch connecting holes, tray holes, seven-character button holes, hook holes, and stamping trademarks. It is suitable for the production of small investment and small batches of tray profiles.
The flattened steel plate enters the punching machine → the punching machine automatically punches → the feeding roller drives the steel plate forward → the punching machine automatically punches the rear end hole of the strip steel → the traction roller pulls out the steel plate; after punching, the plate is bent into the required shape form, or transported to the forming machine for roll forming. When producing plates of different specifications, the width of the equipment is automatically adjusted electronically.
The length of this production line is 6.5 meters and the width is 2.5 meters. The width of the metal sheets produced is 180~1230mm, the thickness is 0.5~2.0mm, and the production speed is 12m/min.
