Roll forming line customization
This sophisticated roll forming machine can produce various types of cable trays, such as solid bottom cable trays, troughed cable trays, perforated cable trays, and non-perforated cable trays. Material thickness variation is 0.5mm-1.2mm or 0.5-2mm or 0.5-3mm. You can set up your cable tray in 5-30 different lengths. Our roll forming machines can produce multiple sizes and automatically switch by motor from one dimension to any other, now not only in width but also in height. The only step is to enter your desired records into our control display and wait a few seconds. Another innovation is that one machine can manufacture cable trays and covers of corresponding sizes.
